Fixed a few missing links on skills

New military building that allows recruiting 3 types of spiders

Saenathra has a custom building set that allows earlier recruitment of said spiders and more upkeep reduction

Saenathra now also has a couple new custom skills to buff all flavors of spooder

Assorted bugfixes

Fixed Egil's final unique building not unlocking properly.

Fixed Huskarl cap location, realized marauder hunters weren't showing up so fixed that too.
