AI should now use custom skills and buildings MUCH more effectively.

Flames of Fate now has a more thematic downside.

Some Lore of Tzeentch abilities have extra text noting designed weaknesses. They haven't changed, just now it's more clear to players what I made them suck at haha.

Updated for Eltharion/Grom DLC after a trainwreck of startpos shenanigans. General patch notes;

-Most unique army skill trees have been somewhat reworked, better arranged and usually cheaper to max.
-Prometheus almost completely reworked with an entirely new skill tree and custom building giving access to and special upgrades for all four types of giants.
-Most Blades of Khorne lords now have multiple custom active skills to make them more engaging to play.
-Hrefna and Fraygerd now have a skill granting them 0 upkeep instead of it being attached to Egil's buff for them.
-Talons and Blades have limited access to Fimir Balefiends and Shaman-Sorcerers.
-Lore of Tzeentch added.
-Generic Lore of Nurgle and Lore of Tzeentch lords and heroes added to Warriors of Chaos and the appropriate monogod faction.
-Lots of boring behind the scenes stuff that no one cares about, not even me.

Fixed confederation issues and added more levels to the skill dump

Fixed a few bugs, including unfucking Plagueclaw Barrage cooldown.

Nerfed some Plagueborn upgrades, they got a lot more armor than I realized lol

Fixed an issue with Blistrox's Eshin building.

Added a second layer of immortality to lords since apparently normal immortality sometimes doesn't work?

Chaos factions should be able to confederate each other now. Please let me know if there are unexpected consequences!
