Fixed some building name/appearance issues for Skoroth and Blistrox.

Nurgle faction megaupdate!

Updated for Hunter and Beast... hopefully. Please let me know if there are any issues.

Some minor updates, fixing Atropos's hydra rank 7 upgrade, adding upkeep reduction to hounds to Marauder buildings which for some reason vanilla never did and makes them SUPER expensive comparatively, etc.

Fixed Skinwolves not having frenzy/regen and a few other minor issues I found.

Added some special unit upkeep reduction to Egil and Atropos's unique buildings. Maybe more SFO compatible now? Still not balanced for it though. Working on framework for Nurgle lords.

Short/Long/Coop Victory Conditions added for both factions.

Sarthorael and Egil now have a number of quests (currently Vortex only) that start during the first 20 ish turns that give some fun rewards. Hunting down specific lords or razing various settlements.

Saenathra also has a special quest in both Vortex/ME.

Would appreciate feedback on the quests, not sure if they're worth the effort.
