DRLs can no longer be equipped on SPARKs or Mec Troopers in any slot.

DRLs in Secondary or Heavy Weapon slots can now be carried alongside grenades in Utility Slot.

Reduced the range of Disposable Launchers to 18/20/22 to further differentiate them from "proper" rocket launchers. It was a little bit OP anyway.

Carrying a Disposable Launcher in a utility slot now also increases soldier's Detection Radius while concealed by 20% for each rocket / launcher carried.

Changed the inventory slot from Payload to Extra Rocket. Should be a seamless change, just returning what I borrowed.
Reduced DRL max range from 27 to 25 tiles.

- Potential fix for some inventory issues with Disposable Launchers, where soldier would have more launchers equipped than they should.
- Slightly reduced accuracy of long range shots.
- Carrying Musashi's Combat Knives will no longer adjust the position of the Disposable Launcher on the soldier's back.
