Changed first xpath node from */ to Defs/ for minor performance increase.

Hotfix: Changed the default values for ageFloor and ageCeiling to avoid divide-by-zero errors when loading a save created before the last update.

- Ambrosia now removes selected old-age-related hediffs, namely:
Bad Back
Frail
Cataract
Dementia
Alzheimers.
Others are not removed because pawns can get them from other sources or otherwise it doesn't make sense for youth to immediately heal them. These were
Hearing Loss (might make healable later)
Carcinoma
Asthma.
In addition, Menopause and Impotence from Birds and Bees are removed.
- The rate at which pawns de-age now scales with effect severity and their tolerance. To balance this, the range between updates has changed from 6-18 hours to 4-12 hours.
- The target age (or more accurately, ageFloor and ageCeiling) is now based on the pawn's adult lifestage, namely the highest-age one where the age is less than half the pawn's life expectancy. No more 20yo rabbits dying of old age after eating ambrosia.
- Exposed several variables (defaultAgeFloor, defaultAgeCeiling, minHours, maxHours) to XML, allowing users to locally tweak the mod. This is not an endorsement of reusing my DLL without permission.
