Overhauled workbench. Removed recipe cycling and added 4 new blueprints with useful descriptions.
Updated concrete wall texture.
Fixed bottom frame kit dismantle returning extra materials.
Server owners please update types.xml with the 4 new blueprints.

Added server config file! Humanity and base destruction can now be adjusted or disabled :)
Added very rudamentary logging. Whenever someone dismantles something it gets logged in the script.log.
Fixed double door lock proxy.

Fixed humanity saving issue on some server providers.
Fixed roof placements.
The doors now correctly destroy with their correct tools.
Fixed the inside and outside destruction times.
