adjusted gas bottle mass, volume and capacity.

several changes to player character stats.

re-enabled suit oxygen refill from environment, oxygen will refill in pressurized environments now but very slowly and only if the player has their helmet open.

several badly needed balance changes.
(blocks with integrity buffed by the mod should no longer have overpowered durability)

incinerator can now also destroy organic.
(probably only useful if also running a food mod of some sort)
