Changes to tobacco, weed, and shrooms include:
- Weed seeds now grow 1 weed leaf every 3 hours
- Tobacco seeds now grow 2 tobacco leaves every 1 hour
- Shroom seeds now grow 1 shroom every 12 hours
- All three types of seeds can no longer be crafting used their respective product
These changes were made to balance out the drugs as a whole.

Fixes sizes of seeds to be 1x1 and fixed name of Shrooms to be 'Shrooms'. The smoke effect coming out of the shrooms will be fixed shortly.
