Canadian puppet will no longer use the Union Jack flag when fascist or communist.

British Raj flag update. Neutral India will no longer use the British Raj flag when independent.

It's a shame that Linlithgow will still be the leader of the nation thanks to the vanilla scripting, but I intend to fix it with the newest Historical Immersion Event Pack update (the one that I'm currently working on). Please be patient and ignore Linlithgow for now...

Updated Austro-Hungarian flags:

- standard flag of neutral Austria-Hungary:
custom made based on the 1869 merchant flag of Austria-Hungary, but with CoA's being more detailed and updated color scheme more closely related to Austrian and Hungarian flags from 1936-1938.

- "fascist" (German aligned) Austro-Hungarian Empire (there is no true fascist party for in-game Hungary):
Habsburg Empire Imperial banner (plain black-yellow without any emblems)

- democratic Austria-Hungary:
custom made - the same as standard flag, but without the CoAs

- communist Austria-Hungary:
custom made - similar to standard flag with brighter color scheme and single emblem in the center (based on the post-war communist Hungarian emblem)
