hotfix
- added two new missing flags from vanilla for "Nordland" Sweden

Swedish fascist flags were reworked.
- the shade of the flag is now much lighter
- flag will now have a symbol in the center (either a bundle of wheat (Vasakärven) if non-aligned to Germany or swastika when under protectorate of fascist Germany).

I have to apologize, but I will not update all of the screenshots this time (hope that you know why).
