- added TTC caps for the rors. (this was useless)

- buffed Mr.Draesca's damage a bit. This is more as a follow-up to game chances than him sucking, cause he doesn't.
- new abilities with regen show amount tooltips.
- building chains don't use recycled instances anymore, removes one obsolete exclusivity.
- probably something else I forgot.

- AI should have a semirandom delay of 4-8 turns before they can be interested in Kemmy's ruins.
- How to Play should pop again.

- Nagashizzar correctly has a hat.
- Fixed frontend ui stuff.
- The Caged: something in the patch was causing the game to soft lock and crash after some shooting. First projectile now also expires on impact, which seems to fix it for whatever reason. Explosion and shrapnel subdivision happens sooner.
