Change :: Lowered the need for Raw Ash in Stygian Stone Consolidant from 10 to 5

Fix :: Fixed the Stygian door so it could work with Lockpicks and whatever other mod expansions (You will probably need to replace your old Stygian doors, just the door not the frame)
