Added the compatibility with the mod 'Planetary Diversity - Planetary Habitats' for my custom discrits.
Added special events which remove the special subjects of that mod from any federation, galactic community or galactic council,
Buffed the resources available by the private commerce for each trade.
Buffed the discricts of "Pinnacle Society" present on Ecunumopolis.
Improved "Center of Galaxy" Planetary Feature menu.
Fixed the Collection of Influence decision having no cooldown and it will now properly gives influence to planet with people having more than 200 peoples following the ethics.
Fixed "Stellar Manipulation" technologies being available without having taken the ascension perk.
Fixed "Economic Prosperity" making the new trade league policy not available and now you have access to a new powerful trade if you are in a trade league with that perk.
Fixed "Library of Wisedom" by adding a text to let the player know that a cooldown is required to open it again.
Fixed "Cortana" by properly showing how her relic works.
Fixed "Space Engineers" section of the special stations now have proper weapon slots compatible for 2.6.*.
Fixed "Nanite Composition" nanite ship sections now have proper weapon slots compatible for 2.6.*.
Fixed "Library of Wisedom" sometimes causing a crash when getting back to the main menu from a submenu.
Fixed "Expansion of Infinity" all the infinity buildings expect the city can now only be built once per country.
Fixed "Deep Space Scanners" not spawning new anomalies properly.
Fixed "Space Industrialization" Factory Ship and Industrial Ship now have their proper names in Ship Designer (thanks to 2.6 ?).
