Updated code to match latest Paradox spelling change

Fixed a bit of code that was preventing this mod from working for Knights of the Toxic God version of Sol.

Mars now has the 'toxic terraforming candidate' buff if you're KOTTG... oops.

Fixed a bit of code that was preventing this mod from working for Knights of the Toxic God sol, but forgot to restore the 'terraforming candidate' modifier. Ooops!

Updated to 4.0. Removed the cool art for the planet, since there is now stock art :( Also, stopped having to set my own 'planet_mars' flags, since they're now stock.
