Fixed that stupid teraforming AP used in mod testing that found it's way into the finished mod...again. :)

Added a new event for teraforming mars as a custom organic empire
Added an event for teraforming mars as a machine empire, with special text and options for Rogue Servitors
(please not that both of these only work for games started after the patch)

Made some coding improvements, hopefully preventing any save-incompatability stuff going forward,
