Rebalanced weapon pairs to provide about 50% more dps while sacrificing 50% of the weapons initial range. Also, renamed weapon pair .txt files to properly organize their positions in the trade console UI.

Most normal weapons can now be purchased in pairs (fire rate doubled, range halved) specifically to be used with the Basic Twin Gun Mod or the Advanced Twin Gun Mod.

-Note that some weapons simply can't be "paired" because the ticker value (fire rate) must be a whole number.

Increased the Tocogony price to 1,100,000 credits (up from 1,000,000) so the UI won't hide part of the price when purchasing weapons.
