-Changed civics to be compatible with Gestalt consciousness.
-Added trait "Hyper Fertile" for those size-150 planets that you need to populate.
-Changed description of ascension perks to make it clear that they are mutually exclusive.

Balance patch.

Reduced the OP-ness a little to prevent researching all techs before 2250.
- Lowered army cost increase.
- Lowered upgrade cost reduction.
- Lowered megastructure resource multiplier.
- Lowered several other minor buffs that got costs down to 0% (on its own or when combined with certain mods).

Added 1 ascension perk. Added custom ascension perk icons.
