Changed goal of Komainu quest from "Kill Komainu" to "Activate Epicenter" to force players into killing both Lions.
Increased "Mediocre Woodcuts" Value from 300 to 325
Increased base stress value of "Unnerving Contact" marginally. Scaling is still nerfed.

Reduced Kasa-Obake's Re-stealth duration so the player isn't forced to stall until reinforcements.
Changed Kasa-Obake's bleed from 3/2, 4/2, 5/2 to 2/2, 2/3, 2/4
Decreased Yurei and Kasa-Obake's stress dmg scaling marginally.
Misc. Changes to several monster's Dodge, SPD, and HP scaling.
