Another fix attempt

Fixes for Dialogue not running

Fixes for Rebirth

Made a lot of fixes with dialogue and character placements.

Added some clothing to some kids.

Fuli is now in the game, somewhere

Added some children to towns.

There are probably some less children in the world now, but I will add more in as I go.

Minor edits

Changed head size to be more accurate for children.
