Update 3/21/29
Changed some code, thanks Lucas, to make the Particle Wave Cannon function closer to how I wanted it to. Now the Wave Cannon needs to "charge" up before fire. Will also cycle through beam colors until charge is spent. Upped the power draw of weapon to bring it close to balance.
Added new beam weapon! The Verde Beam Cannon is a smaller, less powerful weapon, available in 1x1x5 Large and Small grid versions. It draws less power, recharges faster, but does less damage. Will be tweaking this cannon as well
