LATAM server removed.

link added to ingame menu 6 Quick craft: auto craft pills.

Link added to ingame menu 9 Net Graph & Demo record:
now has 2 options to record 2 game demos.
These demos will be named mydemo1 & mydemo2
and found in \\steam\steamapps\common\left4dead2\left4dead2\
