Added loop effects to the latest tracks, excluding town 11, felt like it should remain as it is, due to its highly repetitive tune.

Added '8-Bit' folder within BGM, originals and few of the already existing tracks in 8Bit versions.

Note; 8Bit tracks are in .Wav format, those won't play in RMMV without converting those into .Ogg
