-Fixed Thermals not being visible on dedicated servers
-Removed all base game speed scaling from level ups, flyers instead get their drag reduced from speed levels and their max speed buffed
-Pelagornis polymer multiplier reduced, instead the amount increases with melee damage, so pumping melee damage will make them farm better!
-Made Snow Owl\'s healing effectiveness and Predator Vision time scale with Stamina
