Update 06-03-2019

- minor tweaks, updates and rearrangements to alternate jerseys of: China, Indonesia, Japan, Khmer, Korea, Norway, Persia, Poland, Rome, Russia, Scotland, Spain, Sumer
- new primary jersey for Sumer, reminiscent of Tomatekh's Sumer mod for Civ 5 (reduces the amount of civs with dark blue backgrounds to reduce overlap)
