Edited english localization so it correctly says that button makes player only Pass Turn and has no other information about stress

Fixed typo, that caused json error, turns out Stall damage =/= Skip damage.
Removed whole Stall damage from code.

Changed the button color to Green so it's more intuitive that it's a valid option to skip turn without consequences.
