Fixed missing DLC Identifier.

Moved the Throwing Dagger that comes with Chosen Katana from eInvSlot_SeptenaryWeapon to eInvSlot_TertiaryWeapon. This was necessary to resolve a compatibility issue with Utility Slot Sidearms [WOTC] by Ginger that caused the soldier to Bladestorm throw daggers everywhere.

This can potentially break the Throwing Dagger on soldiers that have it equipped, until they re-equip it. I have put in some code that should automatically move the Dagger from the old inventory slot to the new one.
