Adjusted some of the numbers.

Added more roofs.

Added the very real possibility that I will remake this prison in its entirety

Bug Fixes.
Added More German Military Police (That would be guards) because 5 guards total didnt seem like enough.
Fixed a bug where 2 of the 3 ramps into the hanger was indoor concrete instead of outside concrete

Additions
A New Shack has been built with contraband detectors
An unintentional multiplayer escape.

Changes
Adjusted the timing of the prison a bit, and added a breakfast time
