Added a potential fix to the initial Friar town event not unlocking the quest.

Please note that the Friar will need to be defeated again for people who have already defeated him.

Fixed some further missing strings and laid the groundwork for the roaming Friar encounter. He should show up after you defeat him at the Hamlet.

Added some additional treasure to the Friar's loot table, he'll now drop gold, a unique gem, and occasionally Crimson Court trinkets!
