Revamped some holes, and did a lot of smaller things that are not noticed. Added a play area in the shortcut on hole 13 if you somehow managed to stop your ball in there.

Fixed the issues with the lights, which was caused by something being changed in the "Jade Temple" theme update.

Fixed an collision issue with the triangle on hole 2.

Fixed up some decoration that glitched out, made hole 11's "unlucky way" much easier, and fixed a few other side things.
