FINALLY got the damn thing to work.
1. Braugher Tree is done. Heavy on Diplomacy with rev soc or communist countries. Particularly Yugoslavia.
2. New Diplo events for Italy and UAR
3. New bypasses on some faction creation focuses
4. Tension checks for faction joining in the Generic tree. Sorry for any chaos caused by the lack of said checks.
5. Architecture for future trees, including one for the Right Wing GAU leaders.

1. Added Director Belzer branch for the GAU.
a. Adjusted PCRF and Pact join likelyhoods.

Update 2: Sui Generis
The main goal of this update was to introduce important changes to the generic tree's foreign policy branch.
1. Countries of the same ideology will have an easier time joining the Italians, APC, or the Pact.
1a. Democratic ideologies can now join the League easier
2. The League and Pact have Hawaii and France as "backup countries" respectively. This means in the event the Union collapses for example, France will be able to accept applications regardless of who the actual faction leader is in the game.
3. Bypasses for American factions, as well as the UAR and Soviet focii
4. Our own way now requires 50% tension.
5. Improved Syrian and AC OOBs.
5a. Rebalanced Turkish OOB
