I've added 3 new event chains for empire. 1 of them is mostly about the seccessionist faction, the other 2 are tied to dilemmas and you can find more info in additional event sfor wef and empire mod description. Also, changed the additional difficulty armies for HEF factions. They were coming at the strat of the game before, but now they are coming at turn 5 which is giving u enough time to prepare an army.
