Additions:
- War in Heaven won't start during an active crisis
- Fallen Empires may awaken early if someone conquers a fallen empire planet
- Giving the Materialist FE the master archive schematics may lead to them awakening early
- Buffed Slingshot to the Stars dig site
- Added new technologies as potential FE gifts
- The Damaged Ecosystem event chain has been converted into a situation
- Worm Activation events have been converted into a situation

Tweaks:
- Restoring your damaged homeworld gives +5% citizen happiness and +15% unity for 20 years
- Restoring your damaged homeworld gives 25% progress on a random biology tech

Bug Fixes:
- Leaving the bunker bot alone gives unity, as per vanilla
- Fixed bug with first contact localization
- Fixed broken anomaly localization
- Fixed broken code in first contact events
- Terraforming Candidates can spawn on frozen worlds
- Fixed bug where Terraforming Candidates were less likely to spawn on larger planets, instead of the opposite

- New anomaly
- Convergent Evolution can get plantoid, lithoid, necroid, and aquatic presapients, if you have the required DLCs
- Rogue Servitors won't get the Perfect Organization terraforming event, and can remove the modifier from their planets
- Finding Voyager and Pioneer as Humans gives unity instead of incluence

Tweaks:
- Galactic Cradle won't get starting events (such as probes and cultists)
- Restored Reactor deposit gives +25 energy, no longer gives jobs

Bug Fixes:
- Fixed being able to use the Cloned Wildlife decision multiple times
- Primitive lithoids, necroids, and aquatics will get correct graphical culture when they discover FTL
