Tweaks:
- Damaged Ecosystem situation is now clearer about how the different approaches effect the situation speed
- Damaged Ecosystem situation progresses slightly faster
- Kinetic weapon testing anomaly adds a modifier to the planet (flavor only, no mechanical effect)
- Minor crime modifiers are now removed after 1 years (requires new game)
