Additions:
- New Origin: Galactic Cradle
- New Origin: Galactic Preserve
- New Origin: Ship Graveyard
- New event chains for Lost Colony origin
- If the Gray Tempest conqures 20% of the galaxy, one of several random events will happen
- Completing the titan special project (and not choosing to eat them) gives titan defensive armies on the planet
- Sentinal Armies now spawn when a planet is invaded (so they can't be killed by orbital bombardment)
- Invading fallen empire colonies will give a one-time artifact reward

Tweaks:
- Tweaked existing events to take Real Space: New Frontiers blockers into account

Bug Fixes:
- Fixed various localization errors
- Prevent UNE events from firing multiple times
- Lithoid primitives won't suffer from the starvation event
