Obelisk placement and teleportation reworked:
- Changes only effect obelisks placed after this patch to maintain backward compatibility.
- Players should no longer fall into the world.
- Consistent behaviour between singleplayer and server modes.
- Obelisks cast an eery glow in the direction the player will be ejected.

Obelisk names are now sanitized for illegal characters which may conflict with game database: ' " / \
