  • Trade building bug fixed. Hypermall and Trade Port should now be available when they should be available.
  • New experimental trade policy option - Centralised Distribution. Probably unbalanced as hell. Use with caution.

Work on AI weightings of districts. Hopefully they won't spam them until there's no space left for city or community districts now.
