-Tweaked AI Stahlhof's behaviour
-Revamped the GUI to accomodate new portraits
-Redid all portraits into Artbreeder portraits
-Added portraits to all leaders that were missing them
-Moved the Union's foreign policy and miltiary branches into the domestic politics branch
-Reduced the time of a lot of Stahlhof's foci
-Hid Bilodya's inactive focus trees for now.
-Moved a lot of decisions from the decision tab to onmap
-Decided that more states were in fact righteous Vergall clay
-Added more Skirmishes in the Mountainhomes
-Added options for the Dwarves to skirmish with Ordoria over the lands Skaelinger can give them in exchange for peace
