Removed and replaced broken OPTRE assets leftover from the "big split". Most notably I have had to replace the longsword with a pelican.

Additionally I rerecorded the dialog. The quality is significantly better and the volume issues present in the original recordings have been fixed.

Added progressive checkpoint respawns instead of respawning on position of death. Added Lobby naming scheme. Removed revive.

Updated Tasking and intel breifing so that it appears after intro. added/ fixed briefing. Potentially fixed ship movement in outro, multiplayer beta test with two players shows ship moving in both screens.
