- Made it so Blue Baby and The Forgotten (Soul) could get soul hearts without limitations. However they will still only be able to get black hearts depending on their soul hp.

- Fixed a bug in which when hitting the health cap with soul hearts would make it so the black hearts wouldn't get buried beneath all of the soul hearts.
