Various items placement changes on existing maps

------ Weapons changes ------

Pistol:
Fire rate reduced by 50% to compensate increased damage, limited clip size removed

Shotgun:
Increased amount of pellets from 7 to 18, reduced pellet damage from 10 till 4 (72 total), added vertical spread to make it more close-range weapon

Double shotgun:
Same as with shotgun except number of pellets: from 14 to 30 (total damage - 120)

Shells capacity reduced from 100 to 26

AR:
Damage reduced to 10, removed limited clip size, bullet spread when non aimed increased by 66%, ammo capacity reduced from 500 to 150, pickup ammo increased from 50 to 100

Minigun:
Damage reduced from 10 to 8, ammo capacity reduced from 500 to 150, pickup ammo increased from 50 to 100

Rocket launcher:
Rocket fly speed increased from 32 to 42, pickup ammo increased from 5 to 10, ammo capacity reduced from 50 to 25

Devastator:
Direct hit damage reduced from 120 to 110 (splash damage untouched, 120 dmg total), fire rate reduced by 20%, limited clip size removed

Sniper:
Unscoped and scoped damage unified on 100, fire rate reduced by 10%

Laser:
Ammo capacity reduced from 400 to 150, pickup ammo increased from 50 to 100

C4:
Respawn time reduced to 10 seconds, max damage reduced from 175 to 130

25 health/armor - 20 seconds
50 health/armor - 25 seconds
100 armor - 35 seconds
100 health - 45 seconds

Items respawn time changes

Weapons - 10 seconds
Ammo - 20 seconds
25 health/armor - 20 seconds
50 health/armor - 25 seconds
100 health/armor - 40 seconds


Weapon stats changes

Devastator:
Ammo clip size reduced to 5
Max ammo reduced to 15 (5 in the clip + 10 extra)

Sniper rifle:
Max ammo reduced to 15

C4:
Max ammo reduced to 1
Respawn time - 40 seconds
