Fixed a few files with missing "} "

Removed the blank files from Guilli's Planet Modifiers 2.2 on terraforming since someone brought it up to me that certain modifiers or other parts. Will be looking at if i need to do anything but for now those files are removed but the mod will still work fine with Guilli's Planet Modifiers 2.2.
