Changed up Take Flight and Savagery. They are now Soar and Blood Talon. Soar is just a name change, mostly (got rid of the fear effect, too, though). Blood Talon is a proper active skill now, rather than a fire and forget ability like it was. Fixed the merchant selling totally OP gear.
