Added dwarven items.

A new feature has been added that prevents you from melting down an item that you have equipped. This however will not prevent you from melting down weapons equipped in the left hand due to a limitation with the GetEquipped function of the creation kit. All other weapons, armor and shields are protected from meltdown when equipped.

Changed the menu to only show items that can be crafted.
If you don't have the necessary components for an ingot it will not show up.
