RELEASE 1.3.2

- Roads in the menu are now sorted primarily by lane count and then alphabetically
- Removed tunnel & bridge versions of the roads from the menu
- Chenged default increment/decrement value to 4m (previously 5m) to be more cohorent with game units (1 game unit = 8m)
