New version: BETA 1.1.0

- Elliptic roundabouts
- New road snapping algorithm: the mod now respects the direction of the roads when connecting them to the roundabout (The old algorithm which connects roads at 90° angle is still available)
- Bugfix: No building can be selected after building a roundabout (as pointed out by nickels, thanks to Elektrix for showing me how to fix)
- Bugfix: When the tool window is on, part of the screen is inactive
