1) Blind: (-35% Accuracy already set in default game), Dodge -45%.
Reference from Deaf (Accuracy -20%, Dodge -30%)

2) Hasted: Dodge +10%
Reference from Slow (Dodge -30%)

Changes:
I. Character
Changed the 'data path influence setting'. This would affect how the creature move over hazardous surface. This mod encourage AI move over hazardous surface like fire or blood surface. But discourage them to move over frozen surface and cursed frozen surface.
Added new talents and immunity status for Lord Kemm and Isbeil, since they are the leaders of certian groups or clans.
Added new talents for Braccus Rex, Karon and Blood Fury.

II. Skills
1) Mass Corpse Explosion CD timer changed from 2 turns to 4 turns.
Corpse Explosion CD timer remains at 4 turns.
Almost all Mass/Source Power skills. For example, Mass Cleanse Wound) have
CD turns equal or longer than the less powerful one (Cleanse Wound).

2) Blitz Attack and Backlash cannot be casted when the character is not
movable.
