Added more configuration settings to enable/disable specific characters, these configuration settings are ALL you need now to enable/disable that specific character! No more hidden settings you must have to enable characters, yay!

• adminstaff_stop : freezes a player or creature in place and they shouldn't be able to move at all. perfect for taking epic dst screenshots for your mod or in general!
• adminstaff_dayphase : makes world go to the next day phase (daytime > dusktime > nighttime)
