Rebalance Patch 3

● On the last day of the season, the ranked chess room will be closed to award prizes to outstanding players. During the closure, casual gameplay is available, but ladder ranking points will not be counted. The new season (S32 Jade Fairy) will begin on July 1st!
● Shadow Shaman - Croak!: Cooldown decreased from 10/8/6 secs to 8/6/4 secs
● Naga Siren - Siren Song: Sleep time decreased from 5/7/9 secs to 4/6/8 secs
● Shadow Fiend - Requiem of Souls: Every stack of felpower grants +1 shadow enenry (instead of every 2 stacks +1)
● Invoker - Alacrity: Now targets his ally with highest attack damage instead of a random one. Duration increased from 10 secs to 15 secs
● Troll - Voodoo Frenzy: (6) Trolls now has a maximum stack of 10 instead of 15
● Demon - Fel Power: Now has a maximum stack of 5 instead of 8
● Demonhunter - Shattered Soul: Removed the effect that all damage dealt is regarded as pure damage.
(2) Demonhunters: All friendly Demons now count as a single type.
(4) Demonhunters: All friendly pieces now count as demons.
