Rebalance Patch 1

● Ascetics Cap: Upgraded from T1 to T2, and only valid for Chess Pieces Level <= 5 instead of under Rank <= 2
● Blink Dagger: Start cooldown immediately when acquired in battle.
● Removed T1 Item: Veil of Discord
● Hands if Midas: Downgraded from T2 to T1
● Elf - Evasion:
(6) Elves: Chances for Evasion decreased from 45% to 40%
(9) Elves: Illusion adjustment - Cooldown increased from 3 to 4 secs and duration decreased from 6 to 5 secs for illusion.
● Draenei - Blessing of Naru: (2)(4) Cooldown increased from 4 to 5 secs
● Troll - Voodoo Frenzy: (2)(4) Trolls: Attack speed bonus increased from 15%/45% to 20%/50%, (6) Trolls: Attack speed bonus increased from 15% to 20% per stack, but max stack decreased from 10 to 8

● Warrior - Fortified Armor: (6) Warriors: Armor +12 instead of Armor +11, (9) Warriors: Reflection multiplier increased from 1.5 to 1.7
● Hunter - Aimed Shot: (6) Hunters: Chanced for an extra shot increased from 60^ to 70%, (9) Hunters: Additional damage on knockback increased from 50 magical damage to 100 physical damage
● Knight - Devine Protection: (4) Knights: Chances for Protection Shield increased from 20% to 30%
● Templar Assassin: Attack interval decreased from 1 to 0.9 secs
● Lion - Finger of Death: Additional damage for every stack decreased from 150/200/250 to 100/150/200, Cooldown increased from 8/6/4 secs to 9/7/5 secs
● Death Prophet - Exorcism: Evil count decreased from 7/10/15 to 6/8/12
● Wraith King: Base HP decreased from 1100 to 1000, attack interval increased from 1.5 to 1.7 secs
● Shadow Shaman: Attack interval decreased from 1.4 to 1.2 secs
● Bane - Fiends Grip: Cooldown decreased from 15/12/9 to 10/8/6 secs

● Riki - Smoke Screen: Duration decreased from 3/4/5 secs to 2/3/4 secs, radius adjusted from 250/350/450 to 200/300/500
