Balance Changes:

- Buffed 'Dangerous Blow' - damage to take next turn decreased from 4 to 3(2).
- Buffed 'Delayed Pain' - damage to take next turn decreased from 4 to 3(2).
- Buffed 'Fishing Nets' - now gives 6(8) Rusty Thorns instead of 5(7).
